Abish brings over 20 years of technology leadership and a unique perspective shaped by experiencing recruitment challenges from both sides as a hiring manager overwhelmed by applications and as a candidate navigating inefficient processes.
He founded and led Ribera Solutions, a successful healthcare software consulting firm for 12+ years, and previously secured seed funding from San Francisco pharma investors. As a technologist and innovator, Abish envisioned an AI solution that could understand candidates on a deeper level, going beyond keywords to capture the nuances of human conversation.
